"Checkout took way too long"
Checking out was frustrating. My payment failed maybe 3 or 4 times before it finally went through, and what should’ve taken about a minute ended up taking closer to 10. Not the smoothest experience

"Convenient and easy, but I keep my expectations realistic"
I mostly come here because it’s close to me and parking is usually low-stress, which I appreciate. The food has been fine most times I’ve gone, not really anything amazing, but also not bad. The only thing is the wait can be longer than I’d like, so I probably wouldn’t risk coming here if I’m in a hurry or have somewhere to be. Overall, it’s a decent nearby option when I want something convenient and don’t feel like taking a chance on a new place

"Heads up: the menu is limited"
Just a warning if you’re picky or like having lots of options, the menu felt really limited to me. I had a hard time finding something I actually wanted, so I probably wouldn’t go back unless they add more choices.

"The food was okay, nothing amazing but..."
The food was okay, nothing amazing but not bad either. The bigger issue was the dining area. The tables were sticky, there were crumbs all over the floor, and the bathroom definitely needed some attention. The staff looked busy, but I didn’t feel like saying anything would’ve helped much. It just gave me the impression they weren’t really on top of things, and it made the whole visit feel kind of unpleasant

"Online order was a mess tbh"
I ordered through paparomanos.com and it was frustrating. The site accepted my order, but the timing was way off and I ended up having to call just to figure out what was going on. When the food finally got here, it was late and not really warm anymore. Maybe the actual store is fine if you go in person, idk, but the online ordering experience was not it for me.

"They totally ignored my order note"
I asked for no onions and extra sauce, and somehow they missed both. When I called the store about it, they pretty much brushed me off like I was the one being difficult. Super annoying. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Papa Romano’s again.

"Delivery time didn’t match what they promised"
The food was fine once it finally got here, but the delivery took longer than the time they showed. I get that delays happen, but it’s annoying when you’re hungry and the app makes it seem like it’ll be there sooner than it actually is.

"Pretty much got it right"
My pizza came out just how I ordered it, so that was good. They did forget one of the extra sauces though, which was kinda annoying but not a huge deal.

Ordered from Papa Romanos and I don’t know, it was kind of disappointing. The pizza tasted okay, I guess, but the portions felt really tiny for what we paid. Like, I was trying not to be too annoyed because it wasn’t terrible, but the toppings were so light and the pizza just looked smaller than I expected. We figured it would be enough for everyone, but we were still hungry after, which is frustrating. Maybe it was just an off day, but I probably wouldn’t order again.

"Kind of Wish I’d Picked Somewhere Else"
I ordered from paparomanos.com it was just okay. The pizza tasted decent enough, but the toppings didn’t seem super fresh and the crust was a bit dry. Delivery was fine and it showed up warm, so no issue there, but I was still kind of disappointed. I guess I expected it to be better, and I sort of regret not trying a different place instead. I might give them another shot someday, but I’m definitely not in a rush.

"Customer service was fine, but the goalposts kept moving"
Customer service was okay overall. I had to wait longer than I expected to hear back, and when they did respond, it felt like the goalposts kept moving a bit, like one answer led to another thing I needed to do. It wasn’t terrible or anything, and they did eventually get it sorted, but it definitely wasn’t the quickest or smoothest experience.

I was in a bad mood after dealing with this, it just made the whole experience feel even worse. Nothing really went the way I hoped, and I left feeling unhappy with it.

"They really need to stop cutting corners on packaging"
My order showed up and thankfully nothing was damaged, but that feels more like luck than anything else. The box was a little bent and the seal was weak, like whoever packed it just didn’t care. It’s frustrating because this could’ve easily been avoided if they used sturdier packaging instead of cheaping out. They really need to do better

"Fixed eventually, but it felt like no one actually read my complaint"
They did end up fixing the issue, but the whole process was way slower than it needed to be. I felt like my messages were just sitting there or getting skimmed, because the replies didn’t really address what I was saying. Glad it got handled in the end, but it didn’t feel like they cared much.

The pizza was fine overall, like nothing was outright bad, but the crust kind of threw me off. It was a little chewy and not really as crisp as I was hoping. I don’t know, I just expected it to hit better than it did.

"A little light on the toppings"
The pizza tasted okay, but I was a bit disappointed with how few toppings there were. It felt like mostly crust and sauce, which made it seem a little pricey for what I got. Not the worst experience, but I’m not sure I’d order it again unless they were a bit more generous with the toppings.

Ordered from paparomanos.com for pickup and it was chill. The site was easy enough to use, the pickup time was basically on point, and it was nice not having to stand around in some long line.
The only thing was the pickup area was kinda confusing, and the staff looked slammed, so I had to ask twice where to go. Food was fine and did the job, I just wish the whole pickup setup was a bit more clear, ya know?
